Renewal Agreement


Monthly Agreement - If you enrolled into the Monthly Membership, you are enrolling into a monthly membership where you agree that the amount of $222 or $147 US Dollars (whichever price you signed up at) is charged every 30 days, until cancelation. This gives you access to the membership, private 1-1 coaching, group coaching, courses inside the portal for 30 days.

Quarterly Agreement - If you enrolled into the Quarterly Membership, you are enrolling into a membership plan that renews once a quarter (3 months). You agree to be charged the amount of $441 or $444 US Dollars (whichever price you signed up at) now. And it will automatically renew every quarter (3 months) for access of the membership and all its benefits. You can cancel at any time by sending us an email. See Cancelation Policy below. When you cancel a quarterly plan, you have access until the end of the quarter you've paid for.

Annual Agreement - If you enrolled into the Annual Membership, you are enrolling into a membership plan that renews once a year (365 days). You agree to be charged the amount of $1470 US Dollars now. And it will automatically renew every 365 days for 12 month access of the membership and all its benefits. You get two months free as compared to the monthly price. You can cancel at any time by sending us an email. See Cancelation Policy below. When you cancel an annual plan, you have access until the end of the year you've paid for.

If renewal payment fails, you are still responsible for the agreed amount. We will attempt to collect your outstanding balance for 14 days before forwarding your info to a collections agency.

Pause Policy


You have the option to pause your membership instead of canceling it. To send a pause request email customer care at: tina@tinasu.com

To pause your membership, you will have to provide an exact date when you want to unpause your membership. By choosing this, you agree that your account will reactivate to full access and charge on the unpause date.

We do not provide the services for sending unpause reminders.

If you want to reactivate your account earlier, email us at tina@tinasu.com, and we'll reactivate your account promptly.

If instead you want to cancel your membership, send an email to tina@tinasu.com at least 5 days before the unpause date. Failure to do so will result in automatic charges on the unpause date.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for "I forgot" reasons or failure to contact us at least 5 days before the unpause date. However, we are happy to cancel your membership upon request, ensuring that your membership will not be renewed again.

Cancelation Policy


You are never locked in and can cancel at any time.

To cancel, simply send an email to customer care at: tina@tinasu.com at least 5 days before your renewal date.

You can find the renewal date in the Customer Center. This page is linked in the footer of every page inside the member's portal.  You can also access this page by first logging into the portal, and then click here.

If you do not hear from us after 5 days, it may mean that your email got caught into spam. To ensure we get you canceled properly, you can either send us a message on Slack to @Alex (Helper). We will confirm cancelation.

Return Policy


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We are not responsible for "change of mind" or "I forgot" reasons. 

Feel-Better Money Back Guarantee Policy


Periodically, during select enrollment periods for "The Tribe", we offer "Feel-Better Money Back Guarantee" (MBG) to new members who enroll in The Tribe who are genuinely willing to give this process a fair chance. If they find that do not feel better than when they joined, we will give them their first month's membership fee back assuming the following criteria is met and they are eligible for the MBG refund.

To be eligible for the MBG claim. The member must purchase the new membership during an enrollment period where this promotion is offered. The member must checkout using a link to a sales page that states this promise where we explain the terms of this MBG. The member must be brand new - have not enrolled previously.

To qualify for MBG:
  • The new member must have scheduled and attended two private 1-1 coaching calls that take place within the first 25 days of enrollment. These calls are 20 minute each. The member must have attended both calls, showed up on time, is open and emotionally available for the coach to help her/him.
  • The member must have completed the Foundational Course and completed the workbooks. You must submit the completed workbooks from this course to show your work.
  • MBG requests must be made within the first 25 days of the first day of enrollment, with attachment of completed workbook from the foundational course, to be eligible. MBG requests must be made in writing via email only by emailing Tina@TinaSu.com - DMs and text messages are not valid.

The MBG does not include separate group programs "Reverse Picky Eating in 60-Days", "The Reset", "Healing in 30-Days".

Any requests made outside of the above criteria will be ineligible and all sales are otherwise final. But you can cancel at any time. See Cancelation policy above for details. We are not responsible for "change of mind" reasons.

Once a member claims a MBG refund. They would not be allowed to join our programs in the future.

Conditions of Use


Service provider reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time and without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.
  • You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
